Intense and bright cherry red.
Lush and exquisite on entry, offering both freshness and fullness. Tart red fruit notes, such as cherry, intertwine with balsamic and spicy touches, highlighting cardamom and bay leaf. The tannins, though present, are mature and velvety, soft on the palate while providing a palpable freshness. The finish is long-lasting with a delightful, lingering aftertaste.
Sweet notes of ripe black fruits, with spices (anise), cherry, and black plum. Sweet spices are well integrated with subtle hints of tobacco and chocolate. Delicate, harmonious, and subtle. The oak is present yet subtle, both in the nose and palate.
Illustrated by Jaume Coca, the label features a centennial vine, symbolizing the old vineyards from which this wine is made, reflecting the tradition, history, and accumulated wisdom over the years. This powerful image contrasts with the serene background, evoking the delicacy, harmony, and subtlety observed in the wine’s tasting notes. The name JADE, engraved in a distinctive garnet tone, not only references the deep, rich cherry tones of the wine but also evokes a sense of timelessness. In the end, every element of the label resonates with the balanced qualities of the wine: freshness and power, fruit and structure, all in perfect harmony.

Una Mattina by Ludovico Einaudi
When thinking of Una Mattina by Ludovico Einaudi, one envisions a piano composition that evokes deep emotions, with a delicate and profound quality that captivates the listener from the very first note. The music flows with deceptive simplicity, guiding the listener through a serene yet intense soundscape.
Coca i Fitó Jade shares many of these qualities. Like Einaudi's music, this wine possesses a depth and complexity that can surprise the taster. Both works, the music and the wine, exude innate elegance and enchanting subtlety.
The initial impression of Una Mattina is soft and ethereal, reminiscent of the sweet notes of ripe black fruit in the wine. As the composition unfolds, more layers are revealed, just as the wine's spicy, balsamic, and oak nuances emerge.
In the end, both the musical piece and the wine leave a sensation of harmony, balance, and profound satisfaction. It is a combination that speaks to the beauty of simplicity and the deep respect for the artistic process, whether in crafting a great wine or composing a musical masterpiece.
