This white wine from DO Terra Alta is crafted from old vines of Red Grenache Blanca and Macabeo, aged in French oak barrels and cement eggs. A limited production wine, it constantly evolves, with each sip revealing a transformation. Starting with a base of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits, it gradually unfolds deeper and riper flavors such as peach, apricot, and quince. It is a wine full of nuances, rich in texture and spices, while maintaining excellent freshness throughout.
Clay with a good limestone content. Poor in organic matter but well-drained.
Mediterranean, very dry and hot summers. Annual rainfall of 400 mm
Part of the wine ferments and ages in French oak barrels (80%), the rest ages in cement eggs. Both for 6 months.
