The Mediterranean is the geographic, climatic, viticultural, and cultural area that defines the character of all our wines. Within the mosaic of Mediterranean landscapes, the vastness of the Llaberia mountain range, the elevation of La Mola, the distant serenity of Els Ports, and the rolling silhouettes of Priorat provide the setting for our wines within the D.O. Montsant. Furthermore, with the aim of crafting unique white wines with a distinct Mediterranean character, we also vinify Grenache and Macabeo under the D.O. Terra Alta.

We are particularly fascinated by those varieties that tell the story of the Mediterranean's rich viticultural heritage, such as Grenache or Carignan, which serve as a gateway to landscapes, histories, and traditions that transport us far beyond the wine itself.

The Jaspi brand opens the door to the winery's wines in Montsant and Terra Alta. These wines represent the essence of the terroir of each of the DOs. They are wines designed to be easy to enjoy, both for the pocket and the palate. We can define them as good Grenache wines, made with optimal maturation to achieve silky tannins, good fruit, freshness and minerality.

COLLECTION
One of the Coca i Fitó projects created in the lands of the DO Montsant and Terra Alta. The Aloja are wines made basically from local indigenous varieties, with an elegant cut and velvety and fresh tannins. The name Aloja belongs to Catalan mythology: water nymphs, of incomparable beauty, behind which a world full of fantasy opens up.

Born between Montsant and Terra Alta, these wines are a testament to the passage of time and a homage to patience.
The art of waiting begins in the vineyard. As autumn progresses, the nights grow cooler, the hours of sunlight diminish, and the grapes, still on the vine, concentrate all their sugars, achieving a richness and depth that can only come from prolonged ripening.
From this late harvest emerges a wine with a silky texture, notes of caramel, dried fruits, and a subtle acidity that balances its sweetness. The micro-production of these sweet wines ensures that each bottle expresses the uniqueness of a vintage and a specific place.

Since ancient times, vermouth has witnessed the confluence of cultures, flavors, and traditions. Its contemporary reinvention, with a base of wine and mistela made from White Grenache, represents a return to Mediterranean roots.
White Grenache serves as the base, offering fruit, acidity, and complexity. Meanwhile, mistela, a sweet beverage made from grape must and alcohol, provides a rich and balanced sweetness that, when combined with Grenache, accentuates the grape’s natural flavors. This creates a unique harmony between sweetness and dryness, intensity and softness. The process is completed with the distinctive character of aromatic herbs, roots, and spices.
